These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PawanVeg mobile application and website operated by PawanVeg Service Pvt. Ltd. ("PawanVeg", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1. About Our Service
PawanVeg is an online platform that connects you with restaurants and food vendors, and arranges delivery of your order through delivery partners. We are a technology and delivery platform — the food itself is prepared and sold by the restaurant, not by us.
2. Eligibility and Your Account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the app under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You must provide a valid mobile number and correct delivery address.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your phone and OTP secure.
- One person should not create multiple accounts to misuse offers or promo codes.
- We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse, repeated fake orders, or abusive behaviour towards our staff, restaurants or delivery partners.
3. Orders
- An order is confirmed only after the restaurant accepts it. Until then it may be cancelled.
- Prices, taxes, packaging charges and delivery fees are shown before you pay. Prices are set by the restaurant and may change without notice.
- Menu items, quantity and availability depend on the restaurant. If an item is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and refund that amount.
- Please check your order at the time of delivery. Report any missing or wrong item immediately.
4. Food Quality and Responsibility
If you are unhappy with the food, contact our support and we will take up the matter with the restaurant and, where appropriate, offer a refund or replacement as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Allergies and Dietary Information
If you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement, please confirm ingredients with the restaurant before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any dish is free from allergens or from contact with other ingredients during preparation.
6. Payments
- You may pay online (UPI, card, net banking, wallet) or by cash on delivery, where available.
- Online payments are handled by our payment gateway Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
- For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready. Delivery partners may not carry change.
- If a payment is deducted but the order is not created, the amount is refunded automatically by the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days.
7. Delivery
Delivery timings shown in the app are estimates only. Actual delivery may take longer due to traffic, weather, restaurant delays, festivals or other reasons beyond our control. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.
8. Offers and Promo Codes
- Each offer has its own conditions, minimum order value and expiry date.
- Offers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
- We may withdraw or change any offer at any time, and may cancel benefits obtained by misuse.
9. What You Must Not Do
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or to place fake or fraudulent orders
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to hack the app or our systems
- Use automated tools, bots or scripts to access the Service
- Post false reviews, abusive content, or harass restaurants or delivery partners
- Use our name, logo or content without written permission
10. Intellectual Property
The PawanVeg name, logo, app design, text and graphics belong to PawanVeg Service Pvt. Ltd.. Restaurant names, logos and food images belong to the respective restaurants.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit, loss of time or loss of opportunity, or for events outside our reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, internet or power failure, government restrictions).
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account through our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jhabua, Madhya Pradesh.
