This page explains how to permanently delete your PawanVeg account (app package: com.pawanveg.user) and the personal data linked to it. Follow the simple steps below.
How to Request Deletion
Send us a deletion request by email. You can do this whether or not you still have the app installed:
Email us to delete my accountOr write manually to support@pawanveg.in with:
- Subject line: Delete My PawanVeg Account
- Your registered mobile number
- Your registered name
What happens next: We verify that the request came from the account owner (usually by a confirmation call or OTP on your registered number). Your account is then deleted within 7 working days, and we send you a confirmation email once it is done.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered:
- Your name, mobile number and email address
- Your saved delivery addresses and location data
- Your profile photo
- Your login credentials and OTP records
- Your saved favourites, cart items and app preferences
- Your notification token (you will stop receiving all notifications)
- Any wallet balance, loyalty points or unused promo credits (these are forfeited)
What We Must Keep, and For How Long

Please note before you delete:
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- You cannot delete your account while an order is still being prepared or delivered. Please wait until it is completed or cancelled.
- Any wallet balance or reward points will be lost and cannot be transferred or refunded.
- If you sign up again later with the same mobile number, it will be treated as a brand-new account with no previous history.
